Established in the year 1981, Rajit Chemical is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of a wide range of unadulterated boiler water treatment chemicals, evaporator/heat exchanger treatment chemicals, mill (crusher) side chemicals, descaling chemicals and allied ranges like pharmaceutical chemicals, sugar processing chemicals that are fabricated form qualitative raw chemicals. Company history | 1981 - | Rajit Chemical was established, as a proprietorship company with a sole purpose of serving the humongous demand of Sugar Industry in India with its special processed chemicals for sugar manufacturing. The company has its own R&D division and a variety of brand registered products under it | | 1999 - | Registered with Commissioner of Sugar for its brand of products and entered rate contract with the government of Maharashtra, India. | | 2000 - | The company started with its water treatment division in Manufacturing special water treatment chemicals for raw water under brand name Sanichlore, Saniquta and Anti-Scale. | | 2003 - | The R&D Division was further expanded and research on different environment friendly chemicals for different Industries such as Food and Beverages, tanning, distillery etc were conducted. | | 2007 - | The environment division was formed for the treatment of Effluents for various Industries. | | 2008 - | “Nanopol” a chemical used as alternative to phosphoric acid in sugar manufacturing was launched with technology partners HLB Organo-Chem. | | 2009 - | After two year of research and studying the laws of consent by CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) & MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board) for the various effluents in Sugar Industry the company designed and successfully executed an Effluent Treatment Plant for a distillery to create Methane Gas from the waste, in the famous sugar belt of Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. | | 2010 - | The environment division moved out of Rajit Chemical to form Eco Credible Pvt. Director's Profile | Ratnakar Jitkar | | Partner, Rajit Chemical | | | Mr. Ratnakar Jitkar started his career working with the Indian Sugar Industry in 1977. He completed his Bachelor of Technology Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (L.I.T), Nagpur in 1976. In 1977, he joined the National Heavy Engineering Co-operative Ltd. He worked in different departments such as Project Engineer, Chief Erection Engineer, Design Engineer and later as Sales and Purchase Officer., thus having a strong foundation of knowledge. In 1982 he formed Rajit Chemical, a proprietorship company, and started the manufacturing of biocides with different base. Later, he also started a unit of Bottle Caps (Pilfer proof aluminum bottle caps) in the same year. With more than 30 years of experience Mr. Ratnakar Jitkar is the strength of Rajit chemical, he plays a very active part in planning future market strategies and also looks after the Finance of the company. | | | | Dhaval Jitkar | | Partner, Rajit Chemical | | Mr. Dhaval Jitkar has done his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MSBTE (Mumbai), Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical Sandwich from Pune University (Pune). He was invited by the Ministry of Economics, for Federal State of Rhineland-Pfalz, Germany, for a Young Entrepreneur Development program. He has worked with Ganage Pressing in Tool and Die Manufacturing and also with the designing center for 2 years. Mr. Dhaval also worked with TRW Automotive, Neuwied, Germany during his stay in Germany. He has been closely associated with Rajit Chemicals and has been handling operations, marketing and project execution.
